SCorpion2 is an Advanced Intermediate/Performance glider. The aspect ratio, 5.81, is very radical for an AFNOR Standard glider. With a very high aspect ratio and AFNOR Standard rating, Scorpion2 provides brilliant performances and is an excellent choice for ambitious XC pilots and competitors interested in both competitive results and high passive safety.
SCorpion2's aspect ratio, 5.81, is one of the highest for paragliders in the AFNOR Standard class. The high aspect ratio means that SCorpion2 performs as a real Performance wing. This glider easily competes with modern DHV 2 / AFNOR Performance machines while keeping the high passive safety of an AFNOR Standard rated canopy. Though rated AFNOR Standard, SCorpion2 is not recommended for use in flight schools!

The internal design of SCorpion2 is very sophisticated and typical of higher grade wings. The leading edge is partially closed for better stability at high speed. The inner compression straps make SCorpion2 very solid and rigid even while flying in serious turbulence. The advanced riser design makes using the speed system effortless with optimal travel for aggressive use in long transitions. SCorpion2 has a combined top surface: we used highly durable Gelvenor for the first 30% of chord where it counts and lighter Skytex fabric for the rest of wing. This hybrid construction provides for the high performance and agility without compromising durability.
